Terms and conditions

1. To be eligible for this promotion you must earn a combined/single income of $60,000 p.a. or more.
2. You must be between 28 and 65 years of age.
3. This fantastic offer is made to you under the condition that you both attend a 90 minute, no obligation, vacation club ownership presentation during your stay, to see the benefits that the Holiday Club has to offer.
4. Maximum of 1 couple travelling to the same destination at the same time.
5. You understand that during your 90 minute presentation you will be offered an opportunity to purchase an interest in the Holiday Club. There is no obligation.
6. This voucher is valid for 24 months, however the reservation form needs to be completed and received at our office a minimum of 30 days prior to your requested dates.
7. If your qualifications change at any stage after the issue date of this voucher OR you do not attend the 90 minute presentation (see Term 4) during your stay for any reason, a surcharge will apply.
8. This offer is non refundable; however it is transferable to anyone who meets the terms and conditions. These details will be verified at time of booking.
9. All requests are subject to availability. In the event of your requested dates not being available, alternatives will be offered.
10. This voucher is not valid between the 17th Dec to Jan 14th inclusive
11. All accommodation is provided on a self-catering basis. Meals, air and ground travel are the sole responsibility of the person/s redeeming this voucher.
12. Due to unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances, your booking may be moved to another participating property of equal standard.
13. Getaways Downunder accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury arising from any aspects of the offers featured in this voucher.
14. Properties may be added or removed from this offer without prior notification.
15. The Holiday Club accepts no responsibility for third party representation of this voucher.
